Fenerbahçe applies for rights issue capital increase
Fenerbahçe Futbol AŞ has filed an application to increase its capital to 6 billion 250 million Turkish Lira.
Fenerbahçe Futbol AŞ announced in a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it plans to increase its current capital from 1 billion 250 million Turkish Lira to 6 billion 250 million Turkish Lira. This increase will be provided entirely in cash, with an additional 5 billion Turkish Lira in capital being raised through a 400 percent increase.
The company plans to issue 205 million Turkish Lira of the 5 billion Turkish Lira capital increase as Group A registered shares, and the remaining 4 billion 795 million Turkish Lira as Group B bearer shares. It was also stated that the Group B shares will be eligible for trading on the stock exchange.
