ASAL Research has shared the results of a survey regarding expectations for civil servant and retiree salary increases. In the survey, participants were asked the question, "What percentage do you think the salary increase for civil servants and retirees should be?"
ASAL Research shared the results of its latest survey, which was conducted with 2,015 people across 26 provinces.
In the survey, participants were asked, "What percentage do you think the salary increase for civil servants and retirees should be?"
According to the responses in the survey, the expectations for the increase rate were as follows: 13-18: 13.4 percent, 19-24: 17.2 percent, 25-29: 17.0 percent
30-35: 21.8 percent, 36-41: 16.6 percent, 42-47: 14.0 percent
On the other hand, with November inflation, the 5-month inflation rate reached 14.57 percent. The salary increase for SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees will be 14.57 percent based on the 5-month inflation rate. The salary increase for civil servants and civil servant retirees has been finalized at 10.4 percent. The net figures for salary and pension increases will emerge after the December inflation data is announced.
