Housing loan interest rates updated: What is the monthly return on 2.5 million TL?
Following the Central Bank's interest rate decision, banks have updated their housing loan interest rates. According to the latest data, the monthly installments for those taking out a 2.5 million TL housing loan have increased significantly. For example, in a 10-year payment plan, the lowest installment is 75,741 TL, while the highest installment has risen to 106,489 TL.
The increase in housing loan rejection rates and rising home prices have also reduced their usage compared to the past.
According to the latest rates, the monthly installments to be paid by a person receiving a 2.5 million TL housing loan from a bank have also changed. The 10-year payment plan for 2.5 million TL is as follows:
