Users can now submit price notifications via e-Government and provide more detailed complaints by adding location data and photos.

The Ministry of Trade emphasized that the use of the HFA Mobile Application is becoming more widespread, aiming to prevent businesses from victimizing consumers through unfair price increases. The application was developed to support the creation of a transparent and fair commercial environment.

Thanks to its user-friendly interface, citizens will be able to easily report price increases, and complaints will be rapidly forwarded to the relevant authorities.

EVERY REPORTED COMPLAINT WILL BE INVESTIGATED

The Ministry of Trade announced that incoming notifications will be meticulously examined and, if necessary, required interventions will be carried out in cooperation with relevant institutions. With the statement, "Every reported incident will be examined in detail, and all issues that victimize our citizens will be addressed with sensitivity," it was emphasized that price inspections will be tightened.

CONSUMER RIGHTS AND MARKET BALANCE WILL BE PROTECTED

It was stated that the mobile application not only detects unfair price increases but also contributes to the protection of consumer rights and the establishment of a fair competitive environment in the markets. Officials stated that thanks to citizen notifications, unfair price increases can be prevented and healthier pricing policies can be adopted in the market.

NEW FEATURES ADDED

The Ministry announced that it has made the inspection process more effective with new features added to the HFA Mobile Application. Logins to the application can be made via e-Devlet accounts.

With the incoming updates, users can now:

Provide evidence by uploading 5 photos,

Directly specify the location where they made the price notification with the location-adding feature,

Provide detailed information by adding longer descriptions.

MINISTRY WILL CONTINUE ITS EFFORTS

The Ministry of Trade announced that it will continue its efforts to protect the economic interests of citizens and ensure a fair commercial life.
