Giant clothing brand seized by TMSF is up for sale
The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) is putting Aydınlı Giyim, one of the major brands in the ready-to-wear sector, up for sale. The company, which draws attention with its 690 stores, is attracting interest from investors.
The TMSF has initiated the sales process for Aydınlı Giyim. Shares belonging to Aydınlı Hazır Giyim, PLS Marka Pazarlama, PCU Tekstil Mümessillik, and Aydınlı Moda Tekstil, which operate a total of 690 stores, 306 of which are located abroad, will be offered for sale. The estimated value set for the tender has been announced as 20 billion 350 million TL. The participation guarantee has been set at 1 billion 200 million TL, the tender specification fee at 200 thousand TL, and the data review and facility visit fee at 2 million TL.
The TMSF aims to conduct this process transparently and attract interest from both domestic and foreign investors. Aydınlı Giyim's strong brand portfolio and high export capacity increase the importance of the sale for the sector.
İSTİKBAL WILL ALSO BE PUT UP FOR SALE
The TMSF's sales program is not limited to Aydınlı Giyim. İstikbal, one of the leading brands in the furniture sector, will also be offered for sale in a tender to be held on September 30. The estimated value set for İstikbal has been announced as 12 billion 500 million TL.
