Increase in rental support for urban transformation: How much is it in Istanbul?

The amounts of urban transformation rental support provided to citizens living in buildings undergoing urban transformation have been increased.

Accordingly, the rental support in Istanbul has been raised from 3 thousand 500 lira to 5 thousand 500 lira. In Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, and Izmir, the rental support, which was 3 thousand lira, has been increased to 4 thousand 500 lira.

Rental assistance in other provinces, which ranged between 2 thousand lira and 2 thousand 500 lira, has also been raised to levels between 3 thousand lira and 3 thousand 750 lira.

While rental assistance is provided for 18 months in risky buildings and for a maximum of 48 months in risky and reserve building areas, tenants will be able to receive a one-time payment equal to two months' rent.

As for holders of limited real rights, support ranging from 15 thousand to 27 thousand 500 lira will be provided, depending on their province.
