Minister Göktaş announces: Payments to be made tomorrow

In a written statement, Minister Göktaş recalled that the "Home Care Assistance" program, one of the most important family-oriented care service models offered by the ministry, was launched in 2006 with the idea of primarily supporting disabled individuals within their families.

Stating that they prioritize providing care for disabled individuals at home in a way that preserves family integrity, Göktaş emphasized that through Home Care Assistance, those who take on the care of their fully dependent relatives in need of care are supported, thereby protecting family unity.

Minister Göktaş pointed out that a monthly payment of 7 thousand 608 Turkish Lira is made per eligible beneficiary under the scope of the assistance in question and noted the following:

"Due to the Eid al-Adha holiday, we are moving up the Home Care Assistance payments for fully dependent citizens cared for at home and their families, and we are depositing them into accounts tomorrow. This month, we will be making a total of 4.2 billion Turkish Lira in Home Care Assistance payments for our 560 thousand citizens who benefit from the program. Within the framework of our Century of Turkey vision, we will continue our efforts as a ministry to ensure that rights-based social assistance in the field of disability remains sustainable with a transparent approach."
