Minister Şimşek: We will lower inflation

Minister Şimşek's statement is as follows:
Şimşek said, "The positive trend in the labor market continues. According to seasonally adjusted data, employment increased by 273 thousand people in May, and the increase in the last 12 months reached 1.3 million. The labor force participation rate reached a historical high of 54.5 percent. The unemployment rate fell to 8.4 percent, the lowest level since November 2012. The ultimate goal of our program is sustainable high and inclusive growth and permanent prosperity increase. With the program we are implementing with determination, we will lower inflation and improve income distribution."
