Natural gas and electricity prices in the spot market

According to data from Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST), the transaction volume in the spot natural gas market was 4 million 202 thousand lira yesterday. This amount was reported as 35 million 194 thousand 475 lira the previous day.

In the spot natural gas market, the reference price for 1000 cubic meters of natural gas was 11 thousand 607 lira 73 kuruş yesterday, and the gas trade volume was 362 thousand cubic meters.

For market participants, the balancing gas purchase price was determined as 12 thousand 188 lira 12 kuruş, and the sales price as 11 thousand 27 lira 34 kuruş.

A total of 196 million 322 thousand 710 cubic meters of natural gas was supplied to Turkey yesterday. The amount of natural gas supplied to the market was recorded as 196 million 453 thousand 369 cubic meters.

ELECTRICITY PRICES IN THE SPOT MARKET

In the spot market, the price for one megawatt-hour of electricity for tomorrow was set at a maximum of 1988 lira and a minimum of 102 lira 26 kuruş.

According to data from Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST), the transaction volume in the spot electricity market decreased by 64 percent today compared to yesterday, reaching 398 million 722 thousand 711 lira.

In the day-ahead market, the price for one megawatt-hour of electricity for tomorrow was determined to be at its highest at 18:00 with 1988 lira, and at its lowest at 12:00 with 102 lira 26 kuruş.

In the day-ahead market, the arithmetic average price for one megawatt-hour of electricity was 787 lira 21 kuruş, and the weighted average price was 811 lira 19 kuruş.

In the spot market, the price for one megawatt-hour of electricity was recorded today at a maximum of 2 thousand 700 lira and a minimum of 250 lira 1 kuruş.
