New stop in the hot money tour announced: CBRT to host 'Investor Day'

Continuing its search for hot money, the economic management is hosting an 'Investor Day' in the US. Following the elections, the economic management, which has been seeking hot money in numerous countries, primarily in the Gulf, has made the US its latest stop.

The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT), under the leadership of Governor Dr. Hafize Gaye Erkan, will host an 'Investor Day' in New York.

The announcement for the meeting, which will be held on Thursday, January 11, was made to invitees with the note: "The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye invites you to a day where you will meet with Turkish officials and investors."

MEETING DETAILS

The meeting, which will feature detailed technical presentations on topics such as macroeconomics, monetary policy, financial markets, and banking, will also include question-and-answer sessions.

The meeting will begin with CBRT Governor Erkan's presentation titled "Monetary Policy and Inflation Outlook," and the second part will feature a "Panel on Investor Views Regarding Turkish Assets."

The meeting, where sessions titled "Disinflation Path," "Foreign Exchange Reserves Strategy," and "Banking Sector and Macroprudential Framework" will be held with the participation of Governor Erkan, deputy governors, and unit managers from the CBRT, will conclude with a closing session where Erkan will answer questions.
