Operating license granted to Mint Finansman
The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) has published its board decision regarding the operating license for Mint Finansman AŞ in the Official Gazette.
According to the board decision published by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) in today's issue of the Official Gazette, Mint Finansman AŞ has been granted an operating license within the framework of the relevant law and regulations.
The following statements were used in the Official Gazette:
"It has been decided to grant an operating license to Mint Finansman AŞ, whose establishment was permitted by the Board's decision dated 22.09.2022 and numbered 10338, within the framework of Article 7 of the Financial Leasing, Factoring, Financing and Savings Financing Companies Law No. 6361 and the second paragraph of Article 5 of the Regulation on the Principles of Establishment and Operation of Financial Leasing, Factoring and Financing Companies."
