Making a prediction regarding the economic outlook following the March 31 Local Elections, Prof. Dr. Demirtaş warned by saying, "Be ready."
Stating that the economy will tighten like a pair of pincers after the election, Özgür Demirtaş used the expression, "The cheap loans we consumed as a country in the past will now come back to haunt us."
Prof. Dr. Demirtaş's X message, in which he also provided a date regarding inflation, is as follows:
"The economy will tighten like a pair of pincers after the election. Be ready.
Just like the saying, the dates you ate in the past will come back to scratch you!
The CHEAP loans we consumed as a country in the past will now come back to haunt us!
Hold on until JUNE.
After that, inflation will start to come down..."
