Privatization decision in 4 provinces

The Privatization Administration's (ÖİB) decisions regarding the sale of certain properties in Aydın, İzmir, and Muş, as well as a zoning plan amendment for a property in Ankara, have been approved.

Presidential decisions regarding the matter were published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, it was decided that the property in the Cumhuriyet neighborhood of the Didim district in Aydın would be sold to Has Karaarslan İnşaat Limited Şirketi, which submitted the highest bid of 71 million 200 thousand liras in the tender held for its privatization via the sale method.

It was also decided that the property in the Balatçık neighborhood of the Çiğli district in İzmir would be sold to Metropol Un Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, which submitted the highest bid of 101 million liras in the tender held for its privatization via the same method.

Regarding the property and the structures on it in the Alizurum (Tandoğan) village of the central district of Muş, which is registered under the ownership of Ankara Doğal Elektrik Üretim ve Ticaret AŞ, it was approved to be sold to MPK Enerji İnşaat Eğitim Hizmetleri Yatırım Danışmanlık Taahhüt ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, which submitted the highest bid of 42 million 655 thousand liras in the tender organized for its privatization as a whole.

Furthermore, a zoning plan amendment was approved to designate a property in the Çayyolu neighborhood of the Çankaya district in Ankara, which is registered under the Treasury and Finance Ministry and is within the scope and program of privatization, as a "commercial-residential area."
