Professions with the fastest hiring rates in Turkey announced: High school graduates have the advantage
2025 İŞKUR data reveals that high school graduates have surpassed university graduates in job placement, while certain professions have emerged as leaders in employment.
According to İŞKUR's year-end 2025 statistics, the labor market in Turkey has undergone a significant transformation over the last five years. While male and female employment rates have particularly converged, data regarding the professions with the highest chances of finding a job and the corresponding education levels have also drawn attention. During the period analyzed, approximately 6.8 million people were employed through İŞKUR.

These developments in the labor market once again highlight the impact of professional preferences and education levels on finding a job. It is observed that interest in fields where jobs are found quickly is continuing to increase.
