Rental increase rate for homes and workplaces finalized
The picture formed by TUIK data: Tenants renewing their contracts this month will have to sign for a rent increase of at least 65.93 percent.
With the announcement of July inflation, the rental increase rate for homes and workplaces has been determined. The Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) announced the inflation rates for July. Inflation was 3.23 percent monthly and 61.78 percent annually.
The rental increase rate for homes and workplaces stood at 65.93 percent. Thus, business owners whose rental contract periods expire this month will make payments with a 65.93 percent increase in their rent. Last month, the increase rate was 65.07 percent.
