High inflation, increases in taxes, and volatility in global markets continue to be reflected in fuel prices.
Price hikes have begun to pour in for fuel products. Diesel saw a 1 lira 38 kuruş increase at midnight.
With this hike, the price per liter of diesel rose to 42.90 TL in Istanbul, 42.32 TL in Ankara, and 42.58 TL in Izmir.
SECOND HIKE FOR DIESEL IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS
News of a second hike for diesel has arrived in less than 24 hours. According to industry sources, another 1 lira 40 kuruş increase is coming for diesel at midnight tonight. This will bring the price per liter of diesel to 44 lira.
2 LIRA HIKE COMING FOR GASOLINE
According to a report by halktv.com.tr, a hike of around 2 TL is also expected for gasoline starting from midnight tonight (January 31, 2024).
