Albaraka Türk Participation Bank has notified the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) of significant changes made to the shares held by its partners. According to the latest decision, the shares held by one of the bank's shareholders, Dallah Al Baraka Holding, have been transferred to Al Baraka Group, and following this change, shareholding ratios have been updated significantly.

Conversely, Dallah Al Baraka Holding's stake fell from 8.30 percent to zero, thus removing it from the list of shareholders.

In the statement made by the bank, it was noted that the share transfer process was submitted to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) for approval in accordance with the Banking Law No. 5411, and that the necessary authorization was received from the agency. Furthermore, it was reported that the change was published in the Trade Registry Gazette on March 19, 2026, based on the relevant article of the Turkish Commercial Code.
