Signs will change tomorrow: Gasoline price cut on the way
Following the decline in oil prices, a price cut of 3 lira and 96 kuruş is expected for gasoline starting tomorrow. Due to the sliding scale (eşel mobil) system, it is stated that the reduction will be reflected at the pump as approximately 99 kuruş.
The impact of the decline in the oil market has begun to be felt in fuel prices. With international oil prices starting to fall, expectations for a gasoline price cut have emerged.
Following the agreement reached between the US and Iran, there has been a downward movement in oil prices. Disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz due to the tension that has been ongoing for about three months had significantly affected global oil shipments.
The drop in oil prices is expected to be reflected as a discount on fuel products.
According to information obtained from industry sources, a reduction of 3 lira and 96 kuruş per liter of gasoline is anticipated, effective from tomorrow. However, due to the sliding scale (eşel mobil) system, it is stated that this reduction will be reflected in pump prices as approximately 99 kuruş.
HOW MUCH WILL GASOLINE PRICES BE?
Following the expected reduction, the price per liter of gasoline is expected to fall to 62.16 lira in Istanbul, 63.11 lira in Ankara, and 63.39 lira in Izmir. In the eastern provinces, it is estimated that the price per liter will drop to the 64.75 lira level.
