SPK approves initial public offerings for 2 companies

According to the SPK bulletin, approval was granted for the initial public offering of Koç Metalurji at 20.50 Turkish liras per share and Altınay Savunma Teknolojileri at 32 Turkish liras per share.

The Board approved the applications for a 420 million lira rights issue by Hun Yenilenebilir Enerji Üretim, a 397 million 700 thousand 293 lira bonus issue by Pegasus Hava Taşımacılığı, and debt instrument issuances by Çağdaş Faktoring for 250 million liras, Arena Finans Faktoring for 120 million liras, A1 Capital Yatırım Menkul Değerler for 400 million liras, VDF Filo Kiralama for 350 million liras, and Aktif Yatırım Bankası for 21 billion liras.

The SPK approved the request for the establishment of the Argeus Gayrimenkul Portföy Yönetimi AŞ First Real Estate Investment Fund, as well as the request for the establishment of the Hedef Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Fifth Real Estate Investment Fund and the approval of the issuance certificate for its participation shares.

The Board decided to approve the request for the transfer of the Ünlü Portföy Yönetimi AŞ İdacapital Acceleration Venture Capital Investment Fund to Nurol Portföy Yönetimi.

The SPK, which decided to approve the amendment to the articles of association regarding the increase of Acar Menkul Değerler AŞ's capital from 47 million liras to 102 million liras, also approved the request for the liquidation of the Istanbul Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Participation Umbrella Fund, founded by Istanbul Portföy Yönetimi AŞ.

The Board ordered the initiation of necessary legal proceedings to block access to 39 websites identified as facilitating leveraged trading abroad for residents in Turkey via the internet.
