TMSF announces: New development regarding Hakmar and Tatbak, which were placed under trusteeship
The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has announced that it has begun making payments to approximately 2,000 suppliers at Hakmar, Hakmar Express, and Tatbak companies.
The TMSF has shared an important development with the public regarding the Hakmar and Tatbak companies, which were placed under trusteeship as part of the FETÖ investigation. According to the TMSF's statement, the board of directors appointed as trustees by the court has lifted the blocks on the companies' bank accounts, paving the way for payments to be made to suppliers.
Stating that payments have begun to approximately 2,000 suppliers, the TMSF emphasized that the new management is continuing the companies' commercial activities without interruption and that the supply of goods is continuing without delay. It was stated that these three companies, which have a total of 907 branches, 7,700 employees, and 2,000 suppliers, are continuing their operations under the new board of directors established by the TMSF. The TMSF stated that it has stabilized the companies it manages as a trustee from an operational perspective and has established trust in the market.
