TOKİ's 25 percent discount campaign has begun

The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) has launched a 25 percent discount campaign for residences and workplaces with ongoing repayment plans. Applications for the 25 percent discount started today.

A 25 percent discount will be applied for residential and workplace buyers who wish to pay off their debt in full and receive their title deeds immediately.

Citizens who wish to benefit from the campaign will be able to submit their applications between September 23 and October 18, 2024.

PARTIAL PAYMENT OPTION IN THE CAMPAIGN

Citizens who cannot pay off their entire debt balance will also be able to benefit from the 25 percent discount campaign. Citizens who cannot pay off the entire debt will be able to benefit from the 25 percent discount campaign partially, provided that they make a lump-sum payment of no less than 25 percent of the remaining debt balance.

APPLICATION DEADLINE IS OCTOBER 18, 2024

Residential and workplace buyers who wish to benefit from the campaign can apply to the relevant bank between September 23 and October 18, 2024. It will not be possible to benefit from the aforementioned discount rate for debt closures made after this date.

CONDITIONS FOR BENEFITING FROM THE CAMPAIGN

Residential and workplace buyers in projects included in the discount application must first have made the installment payments for the month in which the debt closure is performed as of the application date. Additionally, there must be no outstanding past-due installments or property tax debts.

Buyers of residences and workplaces whose repayment installments began no later than the end of June 2023 will be able to benefit from the campaign. Residential and workplace buyers with 12 months or less of installments remaining will not be able to benefit from the discount campaign.

Residential and workplace buyers who wish to benefit from the campaign may also use housing loans from the intermediary banks where they signed their Real Estate Sales Contracts.
