In a statement on the Truth Social platform, Donald Trump indicated that the customs duties specified in the tariff letters will begin to be applied on August 1, 2025, and that this date will not change.

Trump emphasized that "the money will be collected as of August 1," stating that no extensions will be granted.

In a post on his social media account yesterday, the US President shared with the public the tariff letters containing customs duty rates for 14 countries, including Tunisia, South Korea, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Japan, South Africa, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Serbia, Bangladesh, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos. He noted that these letters would be sent to various countries yesterday and in the coming days.
