TÜİK has announced housing data!
According to the data announced by TÜİK, housing sales in July 2025 increased by 12.4 percent compared to the same period last year. The highest number of sales occurred in Istanbul, while the lowest number of sales occurred in Ardahan.
The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has announced the housing sales statistics for July 2025 to the public. According to the statement, 142 thousand 858 housing units were sold across Turkey in July. This figure represents a 12.4 percent increase compared to the same month in 2024.
ISTANBUL IS IN FIRST PLACE
Istanbul was the province with the highest volume of housing sales in July. 23 thousand 152 housing units were sold in the megacity.
Istanbul was followed by Ankara with 12 thousand 491 sales, while İzmir ranked third with 7 thousand 815 sales.
LOWEST SALES IN ARDAHAN
Ardahan ranked at the bottom of the list. Only 58 housing units were sold in the city in July.
Following Ardahan, 93 housing units were sold in Bayburt and 103 in Hakkari.
