Women who are mothers will be able to take out optional insurance, and one-third of the premiums they pay will be provided by the state.

Thanks to the state support covering one-third of the premiums collected through optional insurance and the equalization of SSK and Bağ-Kur, housewives will have the advantage of 7200 premium days for early retirement; the partial retirement condition will be reduced to 4500 days, and paying premiums for 10-15 years will be considered sufficient.
