Provinces where education is suspended due to heavy snowfall announced! Where are schools closed on February 27?

Education has been suspended in many provinces due to heavy snowfall. The Ordu Governor's Office announced that education has been suspended in some districts, drawing attention to the risk of frost and icing across the province.

All schools have been closed in Akkuş, Çaybaşı, Gölköy, and Gürgentepe.

In the districts of Altınordu, Fatsa, Gülyalı, İkizce, Ulubey, Perşembe, and Ünye, education has been suspended in some schools.

SCHOOLS CLOSED IN ARTVİN

The Artvin Governor's Office announced that, in line with meteorological data, heavy snowfall is expected to continue across the province, and education has been suspended for one day in all districts except Yusufeli.

It was also announced that pregnant, disabled, and public personnel with disabled children will be considered on administrative leave.

EDUCATION SUSPENDED IN GİRESUN

Education has been suspended for 1 day at all levels in the Çanakçı district.

Town and village schools in the districts of Bulancak, Doğankent, Espiye, Görele, Güce, Keşap, Piraziz, Tirebolu, and Yağlıdere have also been closed.

Students under the bussed education system will also be considered on leave.

SCHOOLS CLOSED IN RİZE DUE TO SNOW

Rize Governor İhsan Selim Baydaş announced in a statement that education has been suspended for another day due to snowfall.

While heavy snowfall continues in the eastern districts, it was stated that precipitation is also expected in the city center during the night hours.

Governor Baydaş asked students to follow their lessons and stay in contact with their teachers.

BUSSED EDUCATION HALTED IN TRABZON

Due to adverse weather conditions, education has been suspended in schools with bussed education in many districts of Trabzon.

Bussed education has been suspended in Dernekpazarı, Düzköy, Hayrat, Köprübaşı, Sürmene, and Tonya.

In the districts of Araklı, Çaykara, Yomra, and Akçaabat, schools have been closed in specific neighborhoods.

SNOW OBSTACLE TO EDUCATION IN VAN

Schools were closed for 1 day in the Özalp and Saray districts of Van due to heavy snow and icing.

Pregnant and disabled public personnel, as well as mothers who are public employees with children in daycare, were also granted leave.

Schools closed in Sinop due to risk of icing.

The Sinop Governor's Office announced that some schools in the central district and Erfelek have been closed.

Bussed education has been suspended in the districts of Gerze, Ayancık, Dikmen, and Türkeli.

BUSSED EDUCATION SUSPENDED IN KASTAMONU

There will be no classes today and Friday in schools with bussed education in Şenpazar, Cide, Bozkurt, İnebolu, Doğanyurt, and Çatalzeytin.
