That warning for the 2026 YKS has arrived

The Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) has published a new notification for candidates preparing for the 2026 Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) whose educational information does not appear in the e-School system. The statement indicated that information verification, as well as update and approval procedures, will be carried out through the Public Institutions Operations System (KKİS).

According to the statement, students who will take the 2026-YKS and have missing information in the e-School system will be able to complete procedures related to school ranking and other educational information only through the relevant school administrations. It was emphasized that individual change requests made by candidates or direct applications from secondary education institutions to ÖSYM will not be taken into consideration.

In order to enable candidates and school administrations to complete their procedures quickly and accurately, the KKİS system has been opened for access along with its technical information. School administrations will be able to log in to the "https://kkis.osym.gov.tr" address using their existing BMİS user credentials. School administrations that do not remember their user credentials can receive support from the 444 6796 call center if necessary.

The announcement also underlined the importance of performing all kinds of updates and verification procedures through the system in a timely and accurate manner. Candidates were warned to follow the process with their school administrations to prevent any grievances that may arise regarding their educational information.
