Yusuf Tekin clarifies: Is the mid-term break being abolished?
Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin stated during a live broadcast that schools in the earthquake-affected region will open on September 9 and that there is no question of extending the holiday.
Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin made statements regarding the education agenda during a broadcast on CNN Türk.
Speaking about the state of education in the earthquake zone, Tekin said, "I can say that as of September 9, we will begin the academic term in the earthquake zone without any issues."
WHEN WILL SCHOOLS OPEN?
Stating that "there are speculations regarding the Ministry of National Education," Tekin added, "It is as if the holiday has been extended. Schools will open on September 9; there is no postponement on the agenda."
