According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: It is estimated that the western parts of our country will be partly to very cloudy, with rain and downpours expected in the Marmara region (excluding Edirne and Çanakkale), the Aegean, the Mediterranean, the south and east of Central Anatolia, and the surroundings of Düzce, Zonguldak, and Bolu. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from the north and northeast in the Marmara region. Icing and frost, along with fog and mist, are expected in the northern and eastern regions during the morning and night hours. There is a danger of avalanches and snowmelt in the high-altitude inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and in the sloping areas with high snow cover in the Eastern Black Sea and Eastern Anatolia regions.

Air temperatures are expected to remain around seasonal norms in the northern and western parts of the country and above normal in the interior parts.

The wind is expected to blow generally from the north, and from the south and west in the eastern parts of the country, light to occasionally moderate, and strong (40-60 km/h) in the Marmara region.
