Cirrocumulus clouds were seen in Elazığ this morning. These clouds are interpreted by some as a harbinger of rain, and by others as a sign of an earthquake.
Citizens in Elazığ started the day with cirrocumulus clouds.
Some citizens used their mobile phones to capture the natural phenomenon in the sky.
While this type of high-altitude cloud is mostly described as a harbinger of rain, some citizens believe that such clouds are a sign of an earthquake.
