According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM), the country is expected to be partly to mostly cloudy, with intermittent precipitation in the eastern Marmara, Central Anatolia, Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia, the eastern part of Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Kütahya, Osmaniye, Hatay, Gaziantep, and Kilis.

Precipitation is generally expected to be in the form of rain and showers, while it is expected to be sleet and snow in the interior parts of the Western and Eastern Black Sea, the north and east of Eastern Anatolia, and the high altitudes of Kayseri, Sivas, and Çankırı.

Precipitation is expected to be heavy in the Western and Eastern Black Sea regions, as well as in the surroundings of Ordu, Hatay, Ağrı, Iğdır, Van, and Hakkari. There is a risk of avalanches on the high slopes of the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the steep and inclined slopes of the eastern part of Eastern Anatolia.

Icing and frost, along with mist and occasional fog, are expected in the interior and eastern parts of the country.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 3 to 5 degrees in the northern and interior parts, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.
