Governor's Office issues warning with specific timing: Storm is coming to Istanbul
The Istanbul Governor's Office has warned citizens to be cautious and take precautions against a strong storm expected to begin in the Marmara Region on Monday afternoon, April 28, and continue until Tuesday night, April 29.
The Istanbul Governor's Office announced that the storm, which is expected to begin in the Marmara Region starting from tomorrow afternoon, will be effective until Tuesday night, April 29.
In a statement made on the Governor's Office's social media account, it was stated that according to the assessments of the General Directorate of Meteorology, the wind in the Marmara Region is expected to blow as a storm at force 6 to 8 from the north and northeast starting from the afternoon of Monday, April 28.
The statement, which noted that the storm is expected to lose its effect starting from Tuesday night, urged citizens to be careful and take precautions.
