According to the latest forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected across the Marmara region (except Edirne and Kırklareli), the inner Aegean, the Mediterranean, the south and west of Central Anatolia, the Western and Eastern Black Sea regions, the coasts of the Central Black Sea, and Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia.

Rainfall is expected to be locally heavy in the inner parts of the Western Mediterranean, the Eastern Mediterranean, the southwest of Central Anatolia, the southwest of Eastern Anatolia, as well as in the vicinities of Istanbul, Sakarya, Kocaeli, Bingöl, Muş, Bitlis, Batman, Siirt, and Sinop, the northern parts of Diyarbakır, the coasts of Kastamonu, the coasts of Kırklareli, the Saray and Çerkezköy districts of Tekirdağ, the north of Balıkesir, the east of Çanakkale, the south of Erzurum, and the east of Hakkari. The wind is expected to blow strongly from northern directions (40-60 km/h) in the west of Marmara and the coastal Aegean.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 2 to 4 degrees in Southeastern Anatolia and remain around seasonal norms elsewhere.

MARMARA

It is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms across the region (except Edirne and Kırklareli). Rainfall is expected to be locally heavy in the vicinities of Istanbul, Sakarya, and Kocaeli. The wind is expected to blow strongly from northern directions (40-60 km/h) in the coastal parts of the region.
