The rainfall is expected to be locally heavy in Zonguldak, Bartın, Düzce, Karabük, Kastamonu, the surroundings of Istanbul, and the eastern part of Tekirdağ. The wind is expected to blow from southern and westerly directions on the Mediterranean coast, and from northern and westerly directions on the coasts of Kastamonu and Samsun, occasionally reaching strong levels (40-60 km/h).

AIR TEMPERATURE: It is estimated that temperatures will be 3 to 5 degrees below seasonal norms in the Black Sea, Southeastern Anatolia, and inland areas, and around seasonal norms in other places.
