According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms expected across the South and Inner Aegean, Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, Black Sea, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia, as well as the surroundings of Edirne, Kırklareli, Kocaeli, Balıkesir, Bursa, and Bilecik. Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of the Central and Eastern Mediterranean, Central Black Sea, Southeastern Anatolia, Muğla, Ankara, Çankırı, Sivas, Tunceli, Bingöl, and Muş, as well as the east of Antalya, and locally very heavy in the north and east of Southeastern Anatolia and the surroundings of Şanlıurfa, Bitlis, Şırnak, and Hakkari. Dust transport is expected in the Eastern Mediterranean and Southeastern Anatolia. There is a danger of avalanches and snowmelt in sloping areas with high snow cover in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 8 to 10 degrees in the inner parts of the Inner Aegean and Western Black Sea, and by 2 to 5 degrees in other places.

The wind is expected to blow from the north and northeast in the western parts and from the south in the eastern parts, light to occasionally moderate, and as a strong and short-term storm (40-70 km/h) in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea.
