Warning from Meteorology for many cities: Temperatures dropping by 4 degrees, downpours and storms are coming

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be generally partly to very cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms expected in the north and east of Marmara, Northern Aegean, Central Anatolia (except Konya and Karaman), Western and Central Black Sea, Eastern Black Sea (except Artvin), the east of Eastern Anatolia, as well as the surroundings of Balıkesir, Aydın, Adana, Erzincan, Tunceli, Bingöl, Malatya, Batman, and Siirt, the east of Mersin, Kahramanmaraş, Osmaniye, and the western parts of Hatay. Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the east of Marmara, Western and Central Black Sea, the north of Central Anatolia, and the northern parts of Kütahya. Winds are expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from southerly directions in the South and Inner Aegean, Western Mediterranean, and the southwest of Central Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 2 to 4 degrees in the northern and inner parts, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.

Winds are expected to be light to occasionally moderate from southerly directions in the west and northerly directions in the east, and strong (40-60 km/h) from southerly directions in the southwest of Marmara, South and Inner Aegean, Western Mediterranean, and the southwest of Central Anatolia.

MARMARA

It is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms across the region (except Çanakkale). Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the east.
