According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be mostly cloudy, with intermittent precipitation across all regions except for the Southern Aegean and the surroundings of Çanakkale, İzmir, Zonguldak, Bolu, and Karabük. The precipitation, which will generally be in the form of rain and showers, with occasional thunderstorms on the Mediterranean coast, and sleet and occasional snow in the higher parts of the interior of the Eastern Black Sea and the north and east of Eastern Anatolia, is expected to be strong in the south and west of Eastern Anatolia, the north of Southeastern Anatolia, the surroundings of Kırklareli, Istanbul, Bursa, Balıkesir, and Yalova, the eastern coasts of Antalya, and the south of Erzurum, and locally very strong in the surroundings of Hakkari and Şırnak. Icing and frost are expected in the interior of the Eastern Black Sea and the north and east of Eastern Anatolia. Haze and occasional fog are expected in the interior of the Aegean, Central Anatolia, and the interior of the Western Black Sea during the morning and night hours.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease slightly in the northern, interior, and western parts.

The wind is expected to blow generally from southern directions, light to occasionally moderate, and strong (40-60 km/h) from northern and northwesterly directions in the northern parts of Marmara.
