Yellow alert from Meteorology for 6 cities including Ankara: Here is the July 11 weather forecast by province

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the northern, inner, and western parts of the country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local downpours and thunderstorms expected in the south and east of the Marmara region, the inner Aegean, the inner parts of the Mediterranean, the north and west of Central Anatolia, the inner parts of the Black Sea, as well as the surroundings of Rize, Ardahan, Kars, and the eastern districts of Trabzon, while other areas are expected to be partly cloudy and clear. 

The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Kastamonu, Çorum, Çankırı, and Istanbul, as well as in the northern parts of Kırıkkale and the north and east of Ankara. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from northerly directions in the southwest of the Marmara region and the North Aegean coasts.

MARMARA

It is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local downpours and thunderstorms in the south and east of the region. The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Istanbul. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from northerly directions in the southwestern parts of the region.
