Yellow alert for 8 cities from Meteorology: Here is the July 19 weather forecast by province

According to the latest evaluations made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, it is estimated that the northern, inner, and eastern parts of the country will be partly to mostly cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in the Eastern Black Sea region, the north of Eastern Anatolia, the surroundings of Edirne, Kırklareli, Bolu, Karabük, Ordu, and Hakkâri, as well as the northern and eastern parts of Van, while other areas are expected to be clear and slightly cloudy. 

Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the coastal areas of the Eastern Black Sea, the surroundings of Artvin, Kars, and Ardahan, and the northern and eastern districts of Erzurum.

MARMARA

It is estimated that the weather will be slightly cloudy, becoming partly to mostly cloudy over time, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in the surroundings of Edirne and Kırklareli, as well as the northwestern parts of Istanbul (Çatalca) after midday. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from the north and northeast in the southern part of the region.
