According to the assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with rain and downpours expected across the Marmara region (except Sakarya), the Aegean, the Mediterranean, the west of Central Anatolia, and the surroundings of Bolu, Gaziantep, Kilis, Şanlıurfa, and Batman. Thunderstorms are expected in parts of the coastal Aegean, while sleet and snow are expected in the east of Central Anatolia, the west of Eastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Iğdır, Ağrı, and Adıyaman. Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the coastal Aegean, the western Mediterranean coasts, the eastern Mediterranean, and the surroundings of Adıyaman, Gaziantep, and Kilis. Icing and frost, along with mist and localized fog, are expected in the interior and eastern regions during the morning and night hours. There is an avalanche risk on the high slopes with deep snow cover in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea region and the east of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to remain above seasonal norms in the northern and interior parts, and around seasonal norms elsewhere.

Winds are generally expected to blow from the south, and from the east and northeast in the southeastern parts, light to occasionally moderate, and strong (40-60 km/h) in the southern Aegean coasts, the interior parts of the Central and Eastern Black Sea, and the surroundings of Bursa.
