According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be partly to very cloudy overall, with rain and showers expected in the south and east of Marmara, the Aegean (except Muğla), the north of Central Anatolia, the Western and Central Black Sea, the Eastern Black Sea coast, as well as the surroundings of Aksaray, Niğde, Nevşehir, Kırşehir, Artvin, and the southern parts of Adana and Osmaniye. The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the Western Black Sea, the northern and eastern parts of Sakarya, the surroundings of Ordu, Giresun, and Rize, and the eastern parts of Samsun and Trabzon.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 3 to 5 degrees in the western parts, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.

The wind is generally expected to blow from the north and east, light to occasionally moderate.

In the MGM report, a yellow-coded warning was issued for Bolu, Sakarya, Düzce, Zonguldak, Karabük, Kastamonu, and Bartın.
