Heavy rain and wind warning from Meteorology: Here is the July 18 weather forecast by province

According to the latest evaluations made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the northern, inner, and eastern parts of the country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in the Taurus Mountains section of the Mediterranean, the Eastern Black Sea, the north of Eastern Anatolia, the eastern parts of Kayseri, Bolu, Karabük, Sivas, the eastern parts of Samsun and Amasya, and the surroundings of Ordu, while other places are expected to be mostly clear and sunny. 

The rainfall is expected to be locally heavy in the Eastern Black Sea and the north of Eastern Anatolia. Dust transport is expected in the southeastern parts of our country.
