Meteorology issues heavy rain and snowfall warning

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM); it is estimated that the southern and eastern parts of the country and the western coasts will be partly to mostly cloudy, with rain and heavy showers expected in the coastal Aegean, western Mediterranean coasts, eastern Mediterranean, Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Isparta; sleet and snowfall are expected in the surroundings of Artvin, Ardahan, and Bitlis, while other areas are expected to be partly cloudy.
