According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the east of Marmara, the Eastern Mediterranean, the south and east of Central Anatolia, the Black Sea, and Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia. The precipitation, which is generally expected to be in the form of rain and showers, and sleet and occasional snow in the highlands of the northeast of Central Anatolia, the highlands of the interior of the Eastern Black Sea, and the high parts of the north and east of Eastern Anatolia, is expected to be locally heavy in the coasts of the Western Black Sea, the Eastern Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia, the east of Southeastern Anatolia, and in Ordu, Tokat, Sivas, Kahramanmaraş, Osmaniye, the east of Adana, and the coasts of Hatay.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease significantly in the northern, inner, and eastern parts of the country, remaining 6 to 10 degrees below seasonal norms.

The wind is expected to blow from the north and northwest, and from the south and southwest in the eastern parts of the country, generally light to occasionally moderate, and strong (40-60 km/h) from northerly directions in the Southern Aegean, the interior of the Mediterranean, the south of Central Anatolia, and the coasts of the Central Black Sea, and from southerly directions in Eastern Anatolia.
