According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The northern and inner parts of our country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in the north of Marmara, the Black Sea coasts, the Taurus Mountains region of the Eastern Mediterranean, the surroundings of Tokat and Artvin, and the coasts of Hatay, while other places are expected to be clear and slightly cloudy. Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy on the Eastern Black Sea coast and around Ordu.

Air temperatures are expected to be above seasonal norms in the southern parts of our country and around seasonal norms in other places.

The wind is expected to blow generally from northern directions, light to occasionally moderate, and strong (30-60 km/h) from northern directions in the south of Marmara and the Aegean coasts.

MARMARA

It is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms in the surroundings of Istanbul, Kocaeli, and Sakarya, and the northern parts of Kırklareli in the morning hours. The wind is expected to blow strongly (30-60 km/h) from northern directions in the south of the region.
