Meteorology issues warning for downpours and strong winds: Here is the July 7 weather forecast by province

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the northern, interior, and eastern parts of the country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local downpours and thunderstorms expected in the Central and Eastern Black Sea, the north of Eastern Anatolia, as well as the surroundings of Sinop, Yozgat, and Sivas, and the northern districts of Kayseri; other areas are expected to be mostly clear and sunny. 

Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Ordu, Giresun, Artvin, Erzurum, Kars, Ardahan, and Ağrı, as well as the northern and eastern districts of Van.
