According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with rain and showers, and occasional thunderstorms, expected across the country, specifically in Marmara, the Aegean (except Muğla), the Western Mediterranean, Central Anatolia (except Konya and Karaman), the Western and Central Black Sea, the western part of the Eastern Black Sea, and the surroundings of Erzincan, Tunceli, Bingöl, and Diyarbakır. The rainfall expected in the south and east of Marmara, the north of the Aegean, and the Western Black Sea is predicted to be locally heavy. There is a risk of avalanches and snowmelt in sloping areas with high snow cover in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and Eastern Anatolia.
Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 3-5 degrees in the northwestern parts of the country, falling below seasonal norms, and increase by 2-4 degrees in the eastern parts, rising above seasonal norms, while no significant change is expected elsewhere, with temperatures remaining around seasonal averages.
The wind is generally expected to blow from the south and southwest, and from the north and northeast in Marmara, the Northern Aegean, and the Western Black Sea, light to occasionally moderate, and locally strong (40-60 km/h) in Marmara, the Northern Aegean, and the Western Black Sea.

In the MGM report, a yellow alert was issued for İzmir, Kocaeli, Sakarya, Balıkesir, Manisa, and Yalova.

It is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with intermittent showers and thunderstorms. Rainfall is expected to be locally heavy after noon in the surroundings of Istanbul, Çanakkale, Yalova, Bursa, Birecik, Sakarya, and Kocaeli.
