According to the assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: the country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in the east of Marmara, the Eastern Mediterranean, the northeast of Central Anatolia, the Black Sea, the north of Eastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Ankara, Kayseri, Niğde, and Nevşehir. The rainfall is expected to be locally heavy in the Black Sea region and around Çankırı, Kars, and Ardahan.
AIR TEMPERATURE: No significant change is expected. It is estimated that temperatures will remain around seasonal norms across the country, and locally below seasonal norms in the inner and northwestern parts.
YELLOW AND ORANGE CODE WARNING
Meteorology has issued yellow code warnings for some provinces and orange code warnings for others.

The provinces with yellow code warnings are: Artvin, Erzurum, Giresun, Kars, Kastamonu, Ordu, Rize, Samsun, Sinop, Trabzon, Zonguldak, Ardahan.
The provinces with orange code warnings are: Bartın, Düzce, Ordu, Samsun, Kastamonu, Sinop.

It is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms in the eastern parts. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from northern directions in the southwestern parts.
