Rain and snow warning from the Meteorological Service

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM); the northern and western parts of the country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with rain and showers expected in the coastal Aegean, the coasts of the Western and Central Black Sea, the northern and western parts of Balıkesir, and the surroundings of Çanakkale, Tekirdağ, Istanbul, Kocaeli, Sakarya, Yalova, Bolu, and Karabük, as well as the inner and eastern parts of Samsun. Sleet and snowfall are expected in the inner parts of Rize and Artvin and the northern part of Ardahan.

MARMARA

It is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with rain and showers in the northern and western parts of Balıkesir and the surroundings of Çanakkale, Tekirdağ, Istanbul, Kocaeli, Sakarya, and Yalova. Local mist and fog are expected in the inner parts during the morning and night hours.
