According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM); it is estimated that the eastern parts of the country will be very cloudy, with rain in the coastal parts of Giresun and Trabzon, the surroundings of Batman, and the west of Siirt and Şırnak; sleet and snowfall in the southeast of Eastern Anatolia and the surroundings of Erzurum, Kars, Ağrı, and Iğdır; and partly to mostly clear skies elsewhere.
