The rainy weather will move from the west of Turkey toward the east tomorrow and then leave the country.

On Saturday, clear and sunny weather will prevail across the country.

WILL THERE BE PRECIPITATION ON ELECTION DAY?

No precipitation is expected on Sunday, March 31, the day of the local elections. Temperatures are expected to be around 23 degrees in Ankara, 19 in Istanbul, and 26 in Izmir.

Temperatures in the Aegean and Mediterranean regions will rise to 29-30 degrees. In the eastern regions, the risk of avalanches is increasing.

Stating that desert dust will continue to affect some regions on Sunday, NTV Meteorology Editor Dilek Çalışkan commented, "There is no precipitation across the country on Sunday, March 31. The weather will get even warmer on Monday. Temperatures from Istanbul to Izmir will approach 30 degrees. There will even be places reaching 32-33 degrees. Monday and Tuesday will feel just like June. For 6-7 days, temperatures will continue at values between spring and summer. We will experience a somewhat arid period."
